Christian Education at First Presbyterian is very difficult to define, or should I say confine! We recognize that the real lessons of our faith are led by the Holy Spirit. They can occur not only in a traditional classroom setting, but also through experiences and relationships. Simply put, our responsibility at First Presbyterian is to provide a variety of Biblically-based learning opportunities in a rich environment through which the Holy Spirit can move and teach. Specifically, how do we strive to do that? There are 8 focus areas in our Christian Education Department. They include: Sunday School for all ages, Wednesday Evening Logos, Youth Groups, Weekday Bible Studies, the Church Library, Vacation Bible School, Camps/Conferences, and Special Topic Seminars.
